Job Description
* 10-12 years' experience not exceeding 15 years* Scrum masters be in the role in atleast two previous organizations
* Have some technical background (atleast some development or QA experience)
* Not more than 15 years' experience.
* 1. Scrum master or RTE in two previous roles. I do not people who have only worked in PMO and a PM position, but actually know the content they are working on.
2. Not more than 15-20 years of experience
3. Great communicator
4. Have some technical background, Atleast knowledge of development and QA. If they are coders in their past life, it's amazing.
* Worked on Agile methodology and understand SAFE Agile process
* Onsite 5 days a week - Long Island City
* Excellent Communication Skills and prefer to have local hiring.
* Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
* Conflict resolutions.
* Agile Estimating and planning.
