Role Summary:The Need: A scrum master with 5-7 years' experience

The Opportunity: To contribute directly to the success of innovative cloud based unmanned aerial and autonomous flight operations ecosystem.

The Tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha!

Essential Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing multiple scrum teams for a set of UAV/drone operations management products. A successful candidate for this position is expected to provide all support to the teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible.

Essential Responsibilities include:

Helping the teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, in a servant leader capacity

Be the on-site agile coach

Facilitating scrum meetings, including sprint planning, grooming, reviewing, retro, daily standup, etc.

Identifying road blockers and helping the teams to remove them • Serving the scrum teams with an emphasis on problem-solving and getting the work done

Assisting with internal and external communication with stake holders

Supporting the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with 5-7 years' experience as a scrum master

Desired Characteristics:Experience managing projects following Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming

Experience managing multi-system projects and self-organized, cross-functional project teams

Familiar with Agile values, principles, processes, and methods such as iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, code refactoring, pair programming, and Scrum ceremonies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be effective at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences

Moderate knowledge of the JIRA tracking tool for reporting purpose

Energetic, goal oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient

Scrum Master Certification is preferred

Experience working with customers in gathering requirements, modeling use cases, writing user stories and documenting business processes
