Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a motivated and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join the Subscriber Platform Group. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will support, and coach scrum team comprised of product owners, engineers, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

* Facilitate sprint planning, scrum standups, project reviews, and retrospectives
* Assist Product Owners in grooming product backlogs to prepare for sprint
* Help Product Owners with backlog and roadmap prioritization to deliver value to customers in shorter iterations
* Help the Development Team to accurately estimate task size
* Identify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them
* Define metrics for tracking progress, determining success, and completion
* Evangelize scrum to help the team (internal & external) understand what they are and why to use them
* Drive continuous process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

* BS or MS in computer science or equivalent field
* 2-3 years' experience as scrummasterwith large team size
* Coordinates agile team meetings, planning, and review activities, serving as agile methodology coach and facilitator for project teams working on projects of limited scope and impact.
* Ability to work and motivate team members
* Manage grooming, planning, daily stand ups and retrospective meetings along with product owner
* Help members in escalations
* Ability to work across teams
* Willing to learn use of Autodesk products and help in manual testing when required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
