Job Description

Fivesky is looking for a highly motivated and talented Scrum Master to join a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging team of experts within the enterprise level working within Big Data. The ideal candidate would need to be detail oriented, with extensive experience of being responsible for leading teams to deliver high-value solutions in the Technology space.

As the Scrum Master your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Providing guidance for Big Data and Tech teams to adhere to Agile methodology for project delivery.
* Ensure the proper collaborative process is being utilized by facilitating meetings, scheduling demos, and working with internal stakeholders.
* Leading daily standups while working in 2-week sprints for project completion
* Using feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity to ensure improvement for continuous growth.
* Defining and managing action items (ie. identifying risks, adjusting project scope, identifying tasks for completion)
* Coordinating deployments and application testing

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Project Management, Computer Science or a related discipline.
* 3-5+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise or fintech environment

Skills & Experiences:

You possess the ability to move between technologies and languages with an obsession for learning and as many of the following:

* Track record working in and understanding Agile methodology
* Detailed oriented with a strong understanding of urgency
* Knowledge of Agile techniques (ie. User Stories, Continuous Integration Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing)
* Ability to communicate across all levels in an organization
* Strong leadership experience working with several teams at once
* Previous history forecasting using metrics and deliverable outcomes
* Basic knowledge of Software Development and Big Data Processes
* Knowledgeable of Backlog tracking
