Leidos has an opening for a SCI Security Controls Assessor Rep Liaison to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Department of Defense (DoD), and Naval Intelligence Information Assurance (NAVINTEL IA) in Suitland, MD.

All work is on-site in Suitland; an active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct support to ONI Security Controls Assessor (SCA) Representatives and the INFOSEC Customer Support Desk and be responsible for administration, support, and assistance to the Delegated Authorizing Official (DAO), DAO Representatives, the Security Control Assessor (SCA), SCA Representatives, SCI Information Systems Security Managers (ISSM), Information System Security Officers (ISSO), Program Offices, and Security Engineers.

Function as an advisor on matters pertaining to: IA customer service; SCI system assessment support via databases e.g. Xacta/Manifest; Authorization to Operate (ATO) package development, review, and processing. Drafts Naval messages and monitors incoming message traffic.

Position ensures compliance with FISMA, ICD-503, DCID 6/3, DJSIG, and ICS 500-18 along with additional IC/DoD community guidance.

Basic Qualifications

Active TS/SCI Security clearance

BA/BS in IT, IA or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience or MA/MS and 2+ yrs of related experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree

2+ years of A&A experience with ICD-503, and/or NIST Framework

Security+CE certification.

Experience with DoD, DISA, NNWC, DodIIS and IC tools, systems, and reporting mechanisms/requirements for A&A

Experience and education in information assurance, e.g., accreditation, security testing and evaluation

Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and national level system security initiatives and secure information/(LAN)/WAN technologies

Excellent written and oral communication skills; exemplary results-oriented interpersonal and customer relations expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience and education in information assurance, e.g., accreditation, security testing and evaluation.
