Summary:

This position will work with the Manager of Infrastructure and Operations and respective peers to complete key initiatives and projects that improve the overall processing and support of key corporate functions. This position is responsible for the technical implementation and operational administration of dedicated internal client technologies and related cloud-based solutions as defined. This position will also provide mentorship, collaboration, and partnership with junior team members to share or enhance operational duties and awareness.

Requirements:

* Implement, manage and maintain SCCM production and test environments using system design lifecycle best practices
* Provide input and execute on key processes including operating system builds and deployments, software distribution, anti-virus, and patching to global Microsoft PC's and Servers using Microsoft SCCM
* Adhere to and participate within a structured change control mentality and process
* Implement and maintain solutions using industry standard best practices
* Develop related metrics/reporting on systems this role implements and maintains
* Regularly review patching, security and event-based logs, reports and taking action as necessary to remediate related issues and overall system health.
* Monitoring of systems for health and advancement of resolution
* Collaborate with peers to make recommendations and play a key role in software, upgrades, deployments and configuration changes
* Demonstrated ability to document systems pre and post implementation and related maintenance and operational requirements.
* Participate in developing an effective backup and recovery solutions for directly supported systems and collaborate with peers on related business continuity processes.
* Increase technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating as part of a greater team.

Qualifications:

A degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent), and greater than five years of increasing responsibility for Microsoft Client Technologies. Must have superb customer service and communication skills. Position requires a high degree of motivation and the ability to work across time zones and collaborate with team members in a geographically dispersed enterprise as well as provide on-call ability within a rotating schedule. Limited travel may be required. Additional technical certifications desirable include MCSE

Working knowledge of the following is essential:

* Microsoft SCCM with an emphasis on PC/Server OS, Application Deployments and Inventory
* Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Configuration and Administration
* Microsoft Active Directory, Federated Services, and Azure AD Connect
* Office365 Experience with an Emphasis on EMS, Intune, Conditional Access and Rights Management
* Microsoft PowerShell
* WSUS, Ivanti or related Patching system administration
* Anti-Virus systems experience i.e. McAfee, Sophos, etc.
