ACCO Brands Corporation is seeking a SAP Security/GRC Lead.

The primary focus of this role is SAP security authorization and user access administration across multiple SAP systems, as well as, administration and support of a Control suite of applications and related processes; Responsible for leadership, knowledge, and technical skills to support the SAP landscape; Responsible for working with the system integrators, PMO staff, and Shared Services Organization to enable the user community to achieve their roles and objectives, while providing proper controls.

* SAP Application security architect with hands-on technical experience who can design, build, test, troubleshoot and deploy security roles for SAP ECC, BW, EWM/TM, SOLMAN, PI.
* Liaise across relevant business, technolgogy, and control functions to prioritize work efforts, challenge access decisions, assumptions and tolerances, and drive appropriate response. Serve as a subject matter expert, interacting with IT team and end users
* Review of functional specifications for role development and system integration test plans and participate in cutover activities during the Go-Live phase. Participate and facilitate the post Go-Live support activities.
* Support security requirements gathering and analysis for an SAP ECC, BW, EWM/TM, SOLMAN, PI system
* Manage an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software tool. Develop and maintenance of security-related artifacts, such as process documents
* Sets expectations, manage deliverables, challenge requirements and help establish priorities.
* Identify process improvements and confirm audit compliance
* Prototype solutions for specific requirements as necessary.
* Understand security standards and frameworks, including the Cybersecurity Framework, Critical Security Controls, ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, SSAE 18/SOC 1/2/3, and others

Position Qualifications

Experience Required:

* Bachelor's degree in a Engineering, Computer Science or Cyber Security discipline or equivalent technical work experience is required
* 5+ years of experience with SAP Security and GRC experience configuration and support
* Experience working with GRC tools and user access processes and familiarity with custom built roles or predefined structures
* Solid understanding of SAP "Best Practices" regarding Role Development and SAP industry templates
* Experience working with functional consultants & business process owners to understand and document functional requirements and to devise appropriate test scenarios
* Experience developing end-user access control documentation including: concept slides, work instructions, exercise guides, quick reference guides, system demonstration, web-based simulation tutorials and exercise
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with executive-level communication
* Hands on delivery of best practices spanning all phases of a project's lifecycle
* 10% Travel required internationally and/or domestically
* SAP Certification (approval to accept may be granted without certification)
