Joseph T. Ryerson & Son, Inc., is one of the largest distributors of metals in the U.S. and recently celebrated our 175th anniversary. Ryerson operates approximately 100 locations, with over 4,000 employees, in North America and China. We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE Business Analyst to join our I.T. team in Lisle, IL. This position will report to the Manager, SAP Business Analysis.Roles and Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales & Logistics functions on our production ECC 6.0 on HANA system.
* Gather requirements and develop functional and technical designs for requested enhancements to the system.
* Define and execute test cases.
* Identify, investigate, and/or confirm reported issues. Determine the source of the issue and coordinate its resolution.
* Other duties as assigned
