NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SAP S/4HANA and RAR Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Overview;

* Monitoring pipeline of requests by way of incidents, standard additions / changes to configurable parameters and work orders for job execution
* Analyze ticket queues using designated tool for ticket tracking
* Evaluate ticket parameters and issue details, assign to team members and / or to other functional areas as required, delegation of tasks to team members to cover multiple geographical time zones
* Escalation management
* Reporting out status
* Use technical expertise and professional experience for application support, diagnosis, analysis and resolve end user problems, including updating applications used (Ex: Remedy) with progress notes and adhering to SLA guidelines

Basic Qualifications;

* 5+ Integration with SD and MM for account determination
* 5+ Hands on working knowledge of SAP FICO components

Other required skills;

* AP - Payment methods, payment program, DMEE, IDOCs, interfaces using middleware with external agencies such as banks, LIV, non PO invoice.
* AR - Lockbox, payment application, dunning
* GL - company code set up, inter company, EBS
* Integration with SD and MM for account determination
* Taxation - withholding, purchases and sales.
* Working knowledge of Revenue recognition and Result analysis in the context of professional services
* Controlling concepts like Cost Center, Profit Center, cost collectors such as WBS, settlement process.
* Asset accounting, integration with PS with the use of WBS for AuC settlement
* Working knowledge of ancillary tools like Remedy, HP-ALM, Microsoft office suite components

Nice to have;

* Establishing and managing cadence within team and with business teams to review assignment , progress of ongoing incidents and establish priority of queue where necessary
* Working with corporate finance controller group to understand month end and year end close schedule
* Participating / running status calls with business teams
* Working with internal/external audit teams to understand audit schedule, supporting documentation requirements, and aligning team to support the process
* Communicate and/or escalate project issues early to account management and delivery management.
* Provide recommendation on security profiles and authorization for business and IT roles
* Adhere to SDLC policies outlined to manage the development infrastructure, change control, configuration items and application security utilizing knowledge of information resource management.
* Perform and provide systems and business analysis on enhancements and change in requirements - Documenting business requirements, business process, systems process and systems requirements, systems configuration, systems testing and systems test scripts.
* Preparing Unit test scripts, component test scripts, user test scripts and incident logs for application development.
* Test and document all code changes. This includes Unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, and performance testing, involving business and IT teams as required.
* Documentation of test results in such applications designated for that purpose (like HP-ALM)
