The S/4 ABAP, Fiori, UI5 Lead will be responsible for the management and supervision of RICEF support team tasked with the analysis, design and testing of components of SAP S/4 HANA 1809 and front end technologies (Fiori). Extensive knowledge of SAP Back end (SAP Netweaver Gateway, S/4) is required, and the ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed virtual teams and IT leadership.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Review, and analyze business requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
* Implement SAP front-end (Fiori/SAP UI5) and Back-end (SAP Business Suite/NetWeaver Gateway, S/4) integration on SAP HANA (1809) Cloud Platform
* Design mobile technical solutions for standard and custom SAP Fiori applications.
* Manage analysis, design, code, configure, and testing lifecycle within emerging SAP technologies such as S/4 HANA (1809), front-end Fiori Design/SAP UI5, SAP NetWeaver Gateway/OData, Personas, and associated technical tooling.
* Deliver technical specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to business partners and 3rd party vendors
* Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the SAP applications
* Conduct gap analysis between application and business requirements, and collaborate with Functional and Technical teams to estimate project impact.
* Work with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes
* Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
* Change Request handling, requiring the development of new or improved procedures using Enterprise tools and customizing in industry best practices.
* Investigating, analyzing, and solve enterprise Application problems (including sub systems) and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.

Professional Qualifications

* Extensive SAP ABAP Development experience supporting the areas - PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash) and RTR (Record to Report)
* Experience in integrating SAP front end (Fiori/SAP UI5) and back end (Netweaver, Gateway, S/4) on SAP HANA Cloud (1809)
* Strong expertise in developing custom Fiori Apps and extending standard Fiori Apps with new functionalities.
* Hands on experience in SAP Gateway OData service creation/extension.
* Hands on ABAP/4 Experience on key aspects of Object oriented Programming, Enhancement Framework - BADI, Implicit and Explicit Enhancements and Data Dictionary, Remote Function Calls & Dialog Programming.
* Strong consultative, advisory and facilitation skills
* Strong MS Visio and Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow through, and use critical thinking to achieve success
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills
* Strong Interpersonal and communication skills both in written and verbal.

EDUCATION:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
