The Reporting Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Reporting Lead to develop and implement business line specific reporting requirements. He/she will work directly with the work streams and other stakeholders in identifying needs and business requirements. He/she will help define and structure a reporting catalogue of the newly created and existing reports. He/she will be responsible for helping to implement the Reporting Governance process. He/she will be responsible for providing support and guidance in data mapping, requirements/design documentation and change management activities surrounding reporting. He/she will be responsible for assisting in testing, training, and hypercare.
Responsibilities:
* Documenting and harmonizing reporting needs for various business lines and locations. * Partner with Information Technology in the understanding and development of reporting requirements. * Monitor RICEFW status of the work streams to ensure timely delivery of outstanding items, functional specs, development and testing. * Document common definitions and catalogue entries for newly developed and existing reports. * Assist in the development of test plans, scenarios, and scripts for template reports. * Route defects to the appropriate team/ resource for resolution. * Work closely with Business Process Team Leads, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and Application Managers to achieve on-time delivery of project, ensuring high quality standards. * Ensure quality control by conducting walkthroughs, reviewing checklists, auditing deliverables and evaluating project milestones against established objectives. * Ability and desire to mentor and share Reporting / QA knowledge with team members.

Experience & Qualifications:
* SAP: 5+ years (Required) * Experience with SAP Reporting Tools (ECC, BW, BO & BI) Essbase experience is a plus. * Experience with financial reporting, sales and operational reporting. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, other related field, equivalent experience or certification. * Experience in software release management
