NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SAP HANA Technical Lead to join our team in Morris Plains, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

We need an experienced SAP HANA Technical Lead with strong experience with the native HANA modeling environment that can participate and drive business blue prints, requirements and other architectural discussions and activities. Resource should lead and drive the development activities.

Day to Day job Duties:

* Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired), in the areas of Implementation, Modeling, Security & Authorization, Data Provisioning. Must have very strong demonstrated knowledge of SAP HANA SPS09/10 including good hands on working experience in HANA Modeling
* Experience in the full-life cycle of large and complex enterprise services with minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing SAP HANA solutions
* Hands on experience in using SAP BODS (Business Objects Data Services), SLT and SDA (Smart Data Access) to extract structured/unstructured data from different source systems into HANA is a plus
* Strong native HANA modeling skills with proven experience with complex modeling using scripts, etc.
* Proven Functional and Solutions designing experience across various SAP Modules like SAP SD, FI and CRM etc. is required
* Ability to facilitate and coordinate discussion and to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
* Work in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with offshore teams to ensure on-time quality deliverables.
* Proven track record in designing and delivering complex Reporting architecture solutions for global organizations
* Ability to provide high level and detail estimates
* Ability to create technical design document from the functional specification documents
* Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
* Ability to drive the HANA support process and ensure compliance of project standards and deliverables
* Ability to write SQL Script views and stored procedures
* Understanding of Hybrid architecture
* Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks (SQL Plans) and provide optimization techniques
* Exposure to Agile methodology

Basic Qualifications:

* 3+ Years of experience in implementing SAP HANA solutions
* 2+ Years of experience in BI/BW

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
