Role Description

The Operations Specialist is a responsible for planning, establishing, documenting, leading and working with the VP Operations, Processes & Controls in the development and ongoing oversight of the SAP Concur processes and control program.

The Operations Specialist works collaboratively within SAP Concur and with SAP Global to support all aspects of enhancing the enterprise processes and controls, including but not limited to the review of existing dashboards and development and implementation of the new dashboards. She/he will also provide the operational support for the program through monitoring and analysis, updating key policies/standards in order to assess activities in accordance with risk appetite/tolerance.

The Operations Specialist reports to the VP Operations, Processes & Controls and serves as trusted advisor to senior management.

Position Responsibilities

* Collaborate within SAP Concur and SAP Global to continuously enhance policies and procedures across the organization
* Support the implementation of new policies and procedures across the enterprise
* Partner with and collect/report key metrics provided by multiple stakeholders, assist with the development and reporting of key audit dashboards
* Maintain a centralized audit issues register
* Facilitate the review and assessment of key processes and controls, as needed
* Assist with reporting to Senior Management, as required
* Excellent business and commercial acumen - strong strategic and tactical agility;
* Excellent communications skills, highly developed interpersonal skills and strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly;
* Articulates the value and importance of compliance and risk management in a positive and business-sensitive manner to all business groups and sectors

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills

* Work collaboratively with IT team and Line of Business owners to policy and procedure requirements and communicate various steps to develop, review and implement new policies and procedures
* Develops, prepares and maintains audit requirements, approach, schedules, and management reporting
* Develop an in-depth understanding of SAP Concurs business products, processes, internal workings of the organization and myriad interdependencies
* Understand and align business strategy/objectives and influence decision making through appropriate risk discussions
* Collaborate with others to promote the exchange of ideas and experience among stakeholders with responsibility for risk and serve as independent voice to help pressure test risk levels and appropriate mitigation strategies
* Ability to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management
* Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI and success measures
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs
* Effectively innovate and implement policies, procedures, processes, controls and approaches
* Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong credible relationships
* Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a directly related technical field is required or equivalent combination of education and related experience
* Experience with common NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ITIL, COBIT, etc. is desired
* Experience and knowledge of cyber security planning and implementation of related activities is preferred
* Exceptional communication and analytical skills
* Cloud software experience
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* US Citizen
* US Resident
