Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for an SAP Analyst - Controlling. The SAP Analyst - Controlling conducts process and functional design activities for multiple SAP functional areas; Performs analysis and solution efforts in several SAP functions; Coordinates solution delivery with the SAP Director, SAP Managers, SAP Analysts and users; Understands the needs of the business and recommends optimal enhancements or best practices in SAP functionality; Creates customer requirements, functional requirements, develops and tests detailed functional designs and configuration for supply chain solutions; Manages the maintenance and support for multiple SAP areas; Responsible for application build, test, deploy, and maintenance/support activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with business users and other assigned associates to gather and document business requirements, analyze, design, develop and implement user friendly solutions (e.g., processes, reports, applications, etc.) for SAP. In all development work, follow the Product Design and Development Process (PDDP). Work closely with the appropriate IS/IT teams to ensure compliance with all Sysmex policies, procedures and technical best practices. Perform analysis and solution delivery for several SAP functional areas. Creates functional requirements as an input to application design/configuration for SAP Develop and test detailed functional designs and configuration for multiple SAP functions. Work with users to develop efficient and optimal SAP best practices and solutions in multiple functional areas. Provide day-to-day support for issues that affect the daily operation of SAP and its interfaces; resolve such issues in a timely manner. Attend training as needed. Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
* Minimum 5-10 years' experience in design and configuration in multiple SAP areas (CO, COPA, PC, ML).
* Participated in several major SAP implementations, within manufacturing environments.
* Proven background in situational analysis and resolution of Controlling and management reporting requests in SAP.
* Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of analysts, business users, vendors and technical resources throughout the organization.
* Technical skills:
* CO, COPA, Product Costing, Material Ledger expertise required
* S4HANA experience nice to have
* FI, AP, AR, FSCM, FA experience nice to have'
* Fiori UI/UX experience for FICO nice to have
* BI/BW reporting exposure nice to have
* Solid work ethic and ability to use experience, judgment and skills to work effectively as both a member of a team and independently.
