NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Salesforce Technical Team Lead to join our team in Arlington, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Overview:

The Force.com Development Lead will able to utilize a powerful mix of programmatic and declarative skills to extend and customize applications on the Salesforce Platform and functional skills to document requirements and provide guidance to the Offshore development team for execution. They will work on client engagements with the Offshore project team to understand the user requirements to deliver a customized solution.

* Participate in project requirements meetings
* Drive the technical aspects of a solution design, estimates and application documentation
* Assist in the build of customized solutions/components programmatically utilizing the Force.com platform that cannot be accomplished with click configuration
* Review code, guide developers, as well as assist with writing code as needed
* Guides the development teams as related to releases and code deployment
* Works closely with architects (when applicable) and the development team on core development
* Communicate technical issues and drive timely resolutions
* Prepare schedule and timeline for releases
* Monitor, track, and mitigate and risk on the project
* Create and maintain a RAID list and communicate to client and internal management
* Create and provide weekly project status reports

Basic Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I - required

5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience

5+ years of overall SFDC experience

Nice to Have:

Firm understanding of OOP methodologies, design patterns and development best practices

Experience working with the Force.com development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs and the Lightning Platform

Firm understanding of Force.com development best practices

Prior experience with similar development tools (Java, C#, Vb.net….)

Prior experience leading development teams

Prior experience in a SCRUM Master role

Prior experience working on an agile project

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Platform Developer II preferable
