We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with experience in projects with Salesforce Service Cloud. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities:

* You're going to establish Architecture, Data, Application and Integration standards.
* You will align Technology with Business Vision Establish Delivery standards and ensure compliance Technology fitment and impact evaluation.
* You will provide direction and guidance to the Offshore team
* You're going to interact with the Client's Technical Architects in an on-site client facing role.
* You will have participation in architecture review board.
* We need you to also participate in design and build phases.
* You will also perform code reviews.
* You'll coordinate and review project status.
* You're going to collaborate with Salesforce Architects.
* You will build implementation strategy in collaboration with relevant teams Provide UAT support.

Required Qualifications:

* We are seeking a Salesforce Certified Architect with at least 13 years of IT experience.
* You should have at least 5 years of experience in SalesForce.com project implementation.
* Experience in Service Cloud, Omnichannel and Lightning experience is needed for this job.
* We need a technical resource who has a solid grasp of Apex, Visualforce and Web Services.
* You should also be knowledgable in 3rd party App Exchange applications.
* We want you to show us your effective communication and problem solving skills.
* Experience in migrating from one service platform to the another platform (such as Siebel Call Center to SFDC Service Cloud).
* You need to be well-versed with development, design and implementation experience with SFDC (service cloud)
* We want you to demonstrate your good track record in enterprise-level project and regional rollout.
* You should have full life cycle implementation and support experience in all modules within SalesForce.com
* You're going to need hands-on technical knowledge and architecture solution experience.
* You should be able to work well in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* An advanced degree would be an advantage for this position.
