What you'll be doing…

The Salesforce Community Cloud Administrator will support Tableau's customer and partner portal programs in delivering an improved front-end experience on the Salesforce Communities platform while automating processes and managing integrations to other business systems.

The main responsibility of this position will be to work with the portals team to enable and drive the design, creation, and maintenance of our next- generation communities.

The Salesforce Community Administrator needs to be a self-motivated individual who brings technical and process leadership as well as a customer-oriented mindset in everything they do. This person will be working cross-functionally between stakeholders and technical resources such as Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Administrators, and Quality Assurance.

Some of the things you'll be doing include…

* Collaborate with portals teams to design, configure and deliver scalable Salesforce Community solutions based on requirements from stakeholders on the Partner and Customer Community using the Force.com platform features including custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, process builder and Lightning flows.
* Ensure data quality and sharing in Communities.
* Environments management and support
* Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce.com and other internal business applications.
* Administration and support of SFDC platform including but not limited to, troubleshooting, managing and setting up users, object customization, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
* Support the Salesforce Administration team in support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform.

Who you are…

* Experienced. 4+ years working on the force.com platform in an admin capacity. 2+ years experience with customer-facing Salesforce implementation.
* Educated. Admin and Community Cloud Consultant certifications required. Advanced Admin and Platform App Builder preferred.
* Highly Technical. You are skilled in the following areas:
* Lightning experience and familiarity with Apex and Lightning preferred
* Deep understanding of Salesforce Community and Salesforce Lightning
* Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, out of the box functionality and configuration


* Problem Solver. You love finding problems and taking on the most difficult of challenges. You know how to propose solutions and push them towards completion.
* Superb Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
* A True Team Player. Willingness to jump in as needed, and the experience and professionalism required to meet objectives.
* Eager. You are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment and learning from their projects.
