Salesforce Administrator - Lakewood, NJ (highly preferred) or Remote
Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Based in NJ or Remote
Report: Position reports to Director, Salesforce Operations
Job Purpose Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator and collaborative team member. The ideal candidate will help to take our Salesforce implementation to the next level, as we help drive efficiencies and roll it out to additional departments and functional areas.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Salesforce Administrator works with stakeholders from various business units to perform hands-on technical implementation, system configuration, and training / process improvement with end users. He/she is expected to:
* Work with stakeholders to ensure needs are being met in processes and system setup * Assist in ongoing system update requests, including creating and modifying complex workflows and processes within Salesforce * Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, queues and groups * Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications * Build custom reports and dashboards * Gather information from project stakeholders as needed * Work closely with development and QA teams to see projects and changes to completion * Drive the system configuration which meets security, architecture, and support requirements, all while satisfying business needs * Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help create related materials for users as the application evolves * Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to better support business processes or functions * Identify third party tools to supplement the Salesforce.com application as needed * Train users on new processes and tools
* 5+ years of experience in administration/implementation of Salesforce platform * Deep understanding and knowledge of related technologies * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - able to work with all levels within an organization * Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus. * Precision and quality focused, methodical, with great patience and attention to detail * Excellent leadership, teamwork, and project-management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision * Experience in an Agile development environment is required * SFDC Administrator Certification is required (ADM 201 or higher)
* Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred * Gainsight experience is a plus
