Job Overview:

Attention Salesforce aficionados! Do you have experience with CPQ? We are seeking a detail-oriented system administrator and expert multitasker to join our team. You'll drive Salesforce changes impacting our engaged user groups. In this role, you'll support 600+ end users across various user groups (Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Legal), ensuring data accuracy and overseeing data workflows. In addition you will perform system configurations resolving issues; testing, deploying, monitoring and documenting changes; and creating reports our business needs to make informed decisions. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

* Participate in analyzing and documenting existing processes for possible improvements and make appropriate recommendations.
* Design reporting solutions that are visual, interactive, sustainable and drive business value.
* Must be able to lead projects and focus groups.
* Protect Salesforce data according to iCIMS' data classification policies.
* Proactively ensure integrations run as scheduled and planned.
* Participate in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting and integration.
* Participate in testing and validating system fixes and enhancements and assisting with user acceptance testing.
* Assisting with the configuration of existing application.
* Enhancing existing components of current system (new functionality, queries, reports, etc.)
* Implementing third-party products to work with application.

* Takes measures to enhance body of knowledge and skill set through training.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* BA degree or relevant work experience
* At least 6 years of system administration experience with Salesforce
* At least 1-3 years' experience in a Quote to Cash Background with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), Apttus, etc.
* Strong understanding of systems and processes supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in the SaaS industry
* Previous experience working in an Agile fashion preferred
* Previous experience working for a Vista Equity Holdings Portfolio company a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
* Intermediate to advance level Microsoft Office skills including Intermediate to advance level Excel skills.
* Attention to details and ability to deliver accurate data analysis.
* Effective time management skills that will ensure delivery of information in the required timeframes.
* Demonstrated ability to think laterally with high level of tenacity to solve problems relating to data.
* Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
* Must be a self-starter, team-player and proactive.
* Ability to prioritize requests and negotiate timeframes for deliverables from different stakeholders
