Shall be responsible ensuring Contractor staff adhere to the Government; Standard Operating Procedures; Policy Management, Process Re-Engineering, Documentation and Knowledge transfer, Inventory and Resource Management, and Contractor staff training. This position is also considered as the subject matter expert for RSA/TFA and responsible for the RSA SecurlD Suite, execution of UNIX shell and RSA batch script, user registration, and token distribution. This key position will also be responsible for and support the following O&M activities;

o Administer: User domain assignments

o Run automated and semi-automated registration and token distribution scripts

o Liaison to Field Registration Officers / SITS to resolve data ingest or distribution errors from script execution

o Manual registration: on-site for priority and t:xceptiun-case registrations (FBI HQ)

o SME/POC: RSA Management Console

o SME/TPOC: Customer Self Service Console

o Policy: Registration practices (On-site, remote, exception cases)

o Policy: Token practices for issuance (approvals), revocation, expiration, re-use and replacement

o Policy: PIN Management

o Procurement RSA Licenses

o Procurement: RSA Tokens (ordering)

Develop and test script enhancements for automating hard token registration

o Develop and test script enhancements for automatic approval processes (for token issuance)

o Configure and manage RSA test lab
