RPA Technician FTE in Naperville: pay rate will be in the $18-21/hr range, depending on background and experience

Position Summary:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technician will be responsible for maintaining, evaluating and analyzing the automation processes. This RPA process includes the following:

* Up to 100 VMs (Virtual Machines) running Equian Developed Eligibility Scraper software 7 days per week.
* Up to 50 VMs running Automation anywhere Robotic Processes 7 days per week.

Initiation of each of these processes must be performed manually because the client system accessed requires dual security authentication via a Citrix environment. If these processes go down it is important to have them restarted as soon as possible in order to maximize the available processing time.

Responsibilities:

RPA Process:

* Launch automated processing for the appropriate client system utilizing dual authentication as required by client
* Initiate the RPA processes per the schedule with the appropriate criteria specified to ensure correct processing
* Manage source and result files, and receive source files and load to appropriate RPA database
* Notify and deliver result files to appropriate teams when processing is complete
* Understanding of each robotic process and how they interact with client systems to allow for troubleshooting of issues/errors, which includes: Training in client systems, and Understanding end to end process of each robotic process
* Understanding of how each robotic process impacts Equians internal processes to assist in identifying potential issues in those processes

Monitoring:

* Monitor processes to ensure they are running properly and restart as necessary
* Respond to notifications of processes terminating abnormally such as errors, loss of attachment to client systems, etc.
* Restart processes as required
* Contact Equian help desk if necessary if problems occur with Equian servers dedicated to these processes
* Escalate unresolved problems to Operations Management

Reporting:

* Validate results as directed
* Record all errors and actions taken to resolve
* Provide end of day status reports to Manager Robotic Automation as directed
* Respond to requests for status from Operations Management

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required
* Bachelors degree is preferred, specifically in IT or computer science, engineering, math, statistics, economics or related
* Proficiency in MS Office products with specific emphasis on Excel, Word, SQL, and other analytic tools
* Ability to work overtime as necessary
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to complete all mandatory client-specific training
* Ability to think independently and display a natural curiosity and desire to innovate
* Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally
* Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where overpayment identification and recovery is priority
