RMA Specialist - Los Angeles

NetFortris is seeking an RMA Specialist to create RMA orders, schedule and ship materials, resolve outstanding order issues, communicate with customers regarding any outstanding materials, as well as various other responsibilities. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. This position will report directly to the Provisioning and Logistics Manager and will work out of our Hawthorne warehouse.

Responsibilities:

* Access, view, and update the appropriate computer systems to resolve RMA, inventory, and part order issues
* Maintain the integrity of the inventory so that all parts are properly accounted for in the appropriate systems

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Two plus years experience with RMA transactions and process handling (Customer and Vendor returns) in a warehouse environment
* Previous experience in warehouse shipping and receiving is required
* Refurbishment quality and control a plus
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
* Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication ability
