JOB SUMMARY

We have a PERMANENT position with full benefits, generous PTO package and paid holidays!

Under the direct supervision of the Technical Engagement Manager, the Reverse Logistics Technician is responsible for receiving returned inventory, sorting product, inspecting and testing product, support all operational and customer-facing activities required for launching and sustaining hardware support with a focus on customer product repairs, asset disposal, returns and claims. Deployment/recovery of IT equipment and routing of tickets. Reverse Logistics Technician will manage to client expectations to ensure high quality of service to the specific SLA/KPI metrics.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

* Follow up and collect equipment from terms via the ticketing system, email, and desk visits.
* Work with Managers, HR, and Security to successfully collect all equipment during off boarding process.
* Report out challenges, recovery ratio, and drive success of equipment return.
* Assign and update asset records for deployed and returned assets.
* Routing tickets to logistics techs.
* Deployment, assignment, and checking in assets.
* Labeling and packaging items to be shipped to remote locations.
* Transferring inventory to various storage locations.
* Fulfill ticket requests within a timely manner.
* Assess and recommend process improvements.
* Assist Inventory Technician in organizing and restocking storage areas.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Significant standing, walking, restocking, carrying, bending, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling inventory pallets, carts, boxes, and individual items.
* Ability to move and lift boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Must be detail oriented and can think outside the box.
* Strong communication skills both oral and written
* Two year minimum experience in inventory or IT related environment
* Provide excellent customer service to all requesters.
* Must have valid driver's license
* Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
* High sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with all levels employees, management, and vendors to make independent decisions based on process and procedures.
* Must be punctual and willing to work regular and overtime to complete tasks/projects as assigned.
