Job Description

Overview

Observe customers' workflow and operating environment in order to determine requirements for system solutions being developed by the company. Develop algorithms and software implementations for systems using 3D depth sensors and color image sensors to segment objects from each other and measure dimensions of the segmented objects. Test software modules individually and present reports on the accuracy and speed performance. Contribute to the integration of the software models into the overall system solution. Generate invention disclosures for possible patent applications and document methods used. Research, develop, implement, and test computer vision and image analysis algorithms and their application to new business opportunities. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to develop system prototypes, integrating image analytics algorithms and software. Communicate engineering proposals, methods, activities, and results through written documentation and oral presentations that are well-organized, well-formatted, correctly spelled, and appropriately respond to others with good listening skills, ability to summarize and answer questions.

Qualifications

Master's Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience
