Requirements Analyst/Tester

Blackstone's Federal Practice is hiring a Requirements Analyst/Tester. The analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and perform full-time requirements verification. You will interact with all levels of the project team including developers, system engineers, project managers, other analysts, and senior leadership.

Primary Duties

* Read and understand requirements and lead testing of requirements
* Design tests to verify technical and functional requirements
* Build test data for positive and negative scenarios
* Plan and coordinate test scenarios with internal and external stakeholders
* Test report, metrics, and documentation creation
* Perform non-functional requirements testing like usability, performance, and scalability
* Collaborate with development team to be a champion of quality across development lifecycle
* Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing

Required Qualifications

* BA/BS in a related field
* Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security Clearance (Active DHS clearance is a plus - U.S. Citizenship is a requirement to obtain clearance).
* At least 5 years of related experience, preferably with experience consulting/contracting to government clients

Preferred Qualifications

* Agile Scrum or Kanban experience
* Automation testing experience
