Major Roles and Responsibilities:
* Focus on building market-leading transformative SAP SuccessFactors, Fieldglass and Concur offerings around HCM business processes and next-gen SAP technologies which are harmonized with Industry Offerings
* Maintain and enhance our existing SuccessFactors offering and migrate / fine tune this process offerings to new industries
* Develop GTM sales kits for our SAP SuccessFactors, Fieldglass and Concur offerings to support Sales
* Work with Sales and Solutioning teams to make sure Offerings are being presented, solutioned, priced and sold appropriately. Support sales and pre-sales activities, e.g. client demos, RFP/RFI responses, oral presentations etc.
* Work with Delivery to understand how Offerings are being received by clients and how they can be improved and to incorporate Delivery's views on new Offerings
* Work with Delivery to resolve client delivery issues
* Develop new process offerings and QuickStarts that are market relevant, easy to sell and memorable by working with Industry Offering Leaders
* Work with SAP to validate offering are market relevant to SAP (regions, segment, industry)
* Work with SAP to co-innovate / co-develop differentiating solutions
* Support Global SuccessFactors Offering Leader in managing the SAP Alliance and work with SAP to reach agreement and strategic alignment on new offerings
* Work with Digital Enablement to Include relevant new technologies (i.e. SCP, IOT, ML, AR etc.) in offerings as appropriate
* Interlock with relevant DXC groups to develop and roll out compound offerings
* Manage our people to grow our business and their careers
* Manage relevant business partners
* Demonstrate thought leadership in the market (i.e. Analysts, social, conferences, white papers, professional organizations
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas
Skills and Experience:Must Have -
* 15+ years of implementation experience in the SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and Concur
* 10+ years consulting experience
* 6+ years of experience in large, global SuccessFactors implementations with additional experience in Fieldglass and Concur
* Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules
* Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate for SuccessFactors Methodology
* Proven skills in HR Transformation on one or more transformation projects
* Experienced in HR vision/strategy setting, business case development, and vendor-neutral solution selection
* Adept at designing and establishing standardized HR business processes
* Functional background with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SuccessFactors modules, SAP HCM on-premise, and middleware
* Deep knowledge and experienced in integration between SuccessFactors and SAP /Non-SAP applications
* Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and the ability to research & apply business leading industry practices
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven track record in supporting pre-sales and sales including RFP responses, oral presentations, proposal management
* Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and annual sales targets
* Self-motivating and be able to plan his/her own work.
* Ability to lead multicultural and multi-locational team, experience with offshore teams and offshore coordination
* Collaborative and team player
Preferred:
* Prior Big 4 experience highly preferred
Education and or Training:
* Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
* Masters, MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science highly preferred.

* 50% travel
