The Job

Monitors and effectively tracks approvals and deployment for vendor applications and IT change management. Supports and enforces Release Management processes and policies.

You Will

* Support the Release Manager in maintaining the deployment tracking log and IT change management tool.
* Support the Release Manager in monitoring and tracking approvals for the ika, MHK, Fusion and other IT supported programs.
* Attends regular status meetings with team members and vendors and document meeting action items and decisions.
* Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
* Identifies opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Actively supports the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.

Requirements

Your qualifications

* High School Degree Required
* Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination and Administration
* ITIL Certification Preferred.
* Proficiency with MS Office required.
