Job Description

Seeking a candidate with solid understanding of reporting / dashboarding capabilities, KPIs, requirements definition, and report development processes.

The role requires advanced skills that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service and to meet the expectation from the business, as well as a very solid understanding of an enterprise reporting environments and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Role Specific Responsibilities

* Work with service leaders and reporting leadership to define a consistent reporting approach shared services.


* Work with service leaders to identify appropriate service KPIs and establish approaches for reporting on them.


* Help design reports and reporting dashboards that deliver interactive information to customers and leadership.


* Lead monthly reporting processes, and help with continuous improvement of the processes.


* Develop and facilitate user management processes and requests.


* Lead communications and adoption program for reporting solutions.


* A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards.


* Assist with gathering and tracking user feedback related to reporting.


* Track reporting enhancements and assist with prioritization of the enhancements.



Additional responsibilities regardless of team include:

* Accountable for execution according to established standards, procedures, and processes


* Ensure optimization and performance of the hardware and virtual infrastructure


* Monitor the Service Desk system to ensure ongoing report accuracy and effectiveness


* Responsible for awareness and compliance to policy and guidelines of the Information Security Management


* Report any breaches in information security or policies



People Management

* Provide knowledge transfer to team members and IT teams related to reporting


* Participation in global working groups responsible for the deployment and development of global technology systems and infrastructure


* Provide input into peer performance reviews



Knowledge Sharing / Documentation

* Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation


* Change Control - ensure compliance with Processes and adherence to standards and documentation


* Assist in training new staff in reporting processes and procedures


* Work with GTS leadership and service teams in reviewing documentation and aligning KPIs to critical steps in our service operations


* Adoption - lead efforts to communicate, train and overall drive adoption of new and or enhanced reporting.



Education (degree): Bachelor's Degree

Other (Explain): College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

Years of Experience:

* 5+ years of broad-based IT experience with technical knowledge of reporting technologies and approaches, data integration, and KPI development.


* Demonstrated experience in requirements definition
