Job Description

i360 has an immediate need for an Oracle Developer to join a team dedicated to supporting complex, mission-critical multi-tiered web applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with end users with proven skills in all tiers--front-end, middle and back-end. Candidates must have an Active Secret Clearance or Higher and 3-4 years' development experience in an Oracle environment. This project is on-boarding now in Vienna, VA.

Responsibilities:

* Work with an Agile team to develop, test, and maintain multi-tiered and web-based applications and services built on Oracle Technologies
* Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
* Prepare manuals and other documentation for the status, operation and maintenance of software
* Support deployment of releases
* Analyze and resolve technical and application problems in support of Tier II Operations
* Gather requirements for developing and maintaining multiple databases to support customer's need for data and monitoring reports
* Develop scripts in support of monitoring operations

Skills Required:

* Requires a secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent areas
* 3-4 years of experience with Oracle Databases
* 3 years of full application development life-cycle with development methodologies (analysis, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment)
* Strong knowledge of Web Services and XML language
* Experience in PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, triggers, and complex queries
* Oracle database and web code troubleshooting skills
* Quick learner with a strong customer support focus
* Team-player, must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Analytical skills, detail oriented, motivated, and organized
* Familiarity and experience with version control required
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript

Qualifications:

* Must have strong Oral and Written Communication skills
* Must have strong experience working within Teams
* Must have strong Analytical skills, Detail Oriented, Client Support Skills with Flexible and open Responsiveness
* Must have Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
* Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop polished, professional documentation and other written materials
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
* Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Must be able to clear a federal background check - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
* Must have a Secret Clearance or Higher (Top Secret Clearance is preferred)

* Must be a US Citizen

Additional Qualifications Preferred:

* Top-secret clearance is desirable
* Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
* Experience with git for version control
