Job Description

Optum360 Revenue Cycle Management team is seeking a quality assurance engineer with strong customer facing skills and the ability to be a key leader in cross-functional testing and team work.

As a member of the Client Quality Engineering IVT team, you will help build a program across our product lines, join us in driving operational readiness activities, and participate in shaping our quality and testing processes.

Primary Responsibilities include:

* Lead testing projects to on-board new hospital and clinical customers
* Execute test cases in client facing test and production environments
* Analyze user stories and defects to create and maintain internal and client facing test cases
* Produce weekly testing status reports for implementation team
* Work within the implementation team to drive new process initiatives
* Participate in user acceptance testing of new features and enhancement for 2 product lines
* Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on configuration, defect, and product issues that may impact the customer environment and implementation processes
* Participate in operational release readiness program including collaboration with Project Management, Support, Implementation, Product, and Technical Engineering teams
* Work closely with automation team to support test automation execution and improvements

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in applicable area of expertise
* 6 years of Quality Assurance experience
* Experience in SAAS development or testing
* Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology
* Experience with industry standard test management tools
* Experience in formal client facing testing (example: feature beta testing, Early Adopter, or user acceptance testing)
* Ability to work "off hours" and scheduled weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Test Lead experience
* Healthcare Industry experience
* Experience with HL7, EMRs (Epic, 3M), or Health Insurance
* Experience building test automation framework or developing automated test cases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
