Serving as subject matter specialist, responsible for providing complex, high-quality telephone support to respond to project-related inquiries for information received via 800 #s, written and electronic requests. Provides information such as publications, referrals, statistics, etc. Provides third level problem resolution on the telephone with users, walks the user through a series of steps to determine what information is needed. Handles requests for information forwarded on by Associate and Information Specialists. Opens, tracks and closes information requests; ensures problem ownership and promotes end-user satisfaction; Requires extensive project-related knowledge and customer service experience. Assists in the training of Associate and Information Specialists.

Requires extensive project-related knowledge and customer service experience. Assists in the training of Associate and Information Specialists. Requires five to seven years' experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and related experience. · 8+ years of equivalent experience OR a Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4+ years of equivalent experience
