* Willingness to learn to design, perform execution of test plans, scenario and cases
* A creative mindset - and the ability to approach a problem creatively
* Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
* A meticulous approach to work.
* Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify Issue(s).
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Process
* Humble & teachable - know there's still a lot you don't know, technology changes fast - so willing to keep up, but also learn from those who've been in the trenches for awhile

Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
