The QA Auditor will have the responsibility for the auditing of all OIT Quality Assurance processes for a variety of software, hardware, and other products.

Duties

* Support pre and post deployment audits of testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including performance & user validation testing (UVT) as a part of Agile/Scrum teams.
* Perform QA process audits including raudits of testing scenarios, execution of testing, and documentation of test results and defects.
* Track and manage defects resolution processes and work with development team and business to ensure defects are addressed following the appropriate processes.
* Support and/or facilitate any required follow up or process changes to ensure prompt resolution from testing teams.
* Participate in the Change Control and Release management processes.
* Work collaboratively with Development team members, Product Owners, represented users, SMEs and other stakeholders.
