Your Role and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Lead will lead a team of Quality Assurance team members in testing and delivering quality solutions. They will lead and inspire a team of software quality engineers that will balance Sprint testing, test automation, operations and quality.

The QA team is required to fully test the product/application and web pages to ensure it functions properly and meets the business needs. The job responsibilities include:

* Testing all aspects of the application like feature, system, performance and regression.
* Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management
* Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
* Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

* At least 7 years experience in software quality assurance
* At least 3 years experience managing or leading QA staff and/or building and managing off-shore teams
* Ability to plan, design and execute all aspect of quality assurance of the marketing technology platform (built on Drupal)
* Expert with various types of testing such as system, functional and regression
* Deep knowledge of test script creation and execution, especially test automation
* Should be familiar with at least one test automation software/packages
* Ability to build a good working relationship with the engineering and business teams
* This role will require some one who is self-driven to build a multi-location QA team with supporting processes
* Ability to mentor, guide and support junior team members
* Experience with software development lifecycle
* Understanding and experience in Agile projects and DevOps
* Technologies: BeHat, Cucumber / Gherkins, Selenium, PHP
* Tools: Git & JIRA

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

* Experience with Drupal or any CMS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML & Linux commands
