Summary:

The Quality Assurance Analyst III - System Coordinator will be
responsible for managing the Quality Management System of multiple
ISS sites: Maintain the Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manual and
the Operating Procedures, as well as leading the internal, customer
and third party quality audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages the Quality Management System for compliance to AS9100
and customer specific requirements.
Establishes/Leads the internal audit schedule and conducts
AS9100 and process audits.
Maintains the company Quality Management System Manual and
Procedures.
Provides/coordinates the required training for new hire
orientation for Quality, IPC-610, J-STD-001, NASA/Space
Addendum, Conformal Coating per NASA-STD-8739, ESD, FOD, as
required and tracks the recurrent training cycle requirements.
Assist in Training Grant scheduling with Human Resources and
other responsible Functional Leadership.
Participates in Customer and Third Party audits and ensures
responses to all raised non-conformances through an effective
Corrective Action process.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma
5+ years working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 requirements and
Quality Management System (QMS).
Experience with performing AS9100/ISO 9001 internal and
process audits.
Experience working with computers, window based applications,
and Microsoft Office.
Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Aerospace or defense experience
IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 Certified Trainer
Certified Lead Auditor - AS9100/ISO 9001
Good organizational skills
Proficient communicator
Results driven
