NTT DATA Services currently seeks a QAT Lead to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

NTT Data is experiencing unprecedented growth as many of our healthcare clients are dealing with the technology challenges necessary to stay competitive. As a result, our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) group is leading NTT's transformation from service provider to systems integrator. At the forefront of this change are our industry-oriented Delivery Centers of Excellence.

This dedicated industry focused team is actively seeking a QAT Test Lead within our Healthcare / Life Sciences - Center of Excellence. In this role, you will work with a top healthcare company in the country implementing innovative technology solutions that will transform their organization.

Responsibilities:

* Manage testing projects on client site, leveraging global resources
* Work with project managers and stakeholders to lead the QAT project deliverables
* Growing Talent through identifying, nurturing talent
* Training existing resources in areas where there is demand
* Implement New Ideas and Proven Concepts from internal and external sources

Key attributes:

* Ability to define new solutions that are differentiated
* Deep understanding of technology, QAT process, and Healthcare
* Ability to look for quality improvements across technology, process, life-cycle and vertical domains
* Team work
* Partnership
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
* Strong client engagement
* Ability to lead a diverse group of employees across various geographies and verticals
* Ability to plan, train and upgrade a large workforce
* Hands-on experience with every aspect of QAT - including functional testing, non-functional testing
* 5+ years in QAT leadership role
* 5+ years in the healthcare industry
* Ability to govern global teams
* Ability to influence direct and indirect reports
* Experience with developing verbal and written content and artifacts for client consumption, e.g., proposals, SOW's, and presentations
* Experience with executive level communications and group presentations; both verbal and written skills must be exceptional
