RESPONSIBILITIES
* Being the single point of contact and responsibility for the complete and complex testing of each client, live operations, and server release * Understanding of game client/server interactions and various test approaches * Communicating the status and risks of the release to the game team * Balancing project objectives and priorities with the release of the highest quality product * Working closely with the developers to ensure all areas of the software are tested * Writing and running of comprehensive test plans * Leading a team of remote testers * Extensive game testing that surfaces all bugs in the software * Extensive user experience and tuning testing that surfaces potential UX issues with the software * Bug regression and tracking to ensure all known issues have been addressed * Managing Open, Resolved, In Progress, Reopened issues in JIRA * Creation and management of JIRA Dashboards * Submission and release of the product to iTunes Connect and Google Play
REQUIRED
* Understanding of complex game systems (ie Hero skills, card battle games, gameplay loops) * Excellent written and communication skills * Able to work independently and in small teams * Ability to change tasks quickly * Minimum of 2 years game testing experience * Minimum of 2 years mobile testing experience * Experience working with a LiveOps environment * Experience with both iOS and Android testing
