Job Description

Realpage is looking to add a QA to our fast growing company! You will be responsible for testing and supporting Data Analytics Product. Candidate must have a good understanding of the testing methodologies and experience in providing support/troubleshooting help to client's issues internal or external. Candidate must have in-depth experience in building test plans and executing them on time.

Test and analyze software components to ensure usability and applicability to the business environment and customer during the software development life cycle including post-implementation/deployment phase.

What you will be doing:

* Performing as a quality assurance analyst in support of projects and ongoing product release efforts.
* Analyzing product development designs and articulating expected testing approach.
* Writing detailed test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on detailed requirements.
* Building traceability matrixes to support test case creation.
* Writing and executing Black box, Smoke, System, Functional, Business flow and Regression test cases.
* Identifying, capturing, and managing system defects.
* Collaborating with other functional teams on features or sub-systems.
* Testing Identifying project risks and recommending actions to mitigate or minimize these risks.

Primary Responsibilities:

QA testing of the Data Analytics and including reports.

o Building test case and/or test plans for different modules of the application.

o Work with Development and BA Team in order to understand and/or build test plans.

o Participate in design upon request.

o Participate in test process automation and unit testing.

o Work with Development Team to help troubleshoot issues.

o Participate in internal testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios.

In-depth knowledge and experience in testing of the applications.

Experience in build test plans and regression testing.

Experience in any of the test plans.

Must have experience in writing/building sql queries in TSQL for Microsoft Sql Server.

Ability to analyze data fixes.

Additional skills/knowledge:

* Working knowledge of front-end and back-end applications
* Familiarity with software development lifecycles
* Proficiency in SQL to support functional analysis and quality assurance testing
* Experience developing complex SQL Queries to derive expected results, set up desired data loads for execution of functional scenarios
