Job Summary

In this position, the Network Specialist Provider Requests is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with providers on an ad-hoc basis due to the special requests of our clients and/or needs of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

* Identify and recruit behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
* Negotiate rates, complete credentialing, and finalize appropriate Letter of Agreement for immediate access by our client
* Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required
* 2+ years of business experience
* Strong internet research skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Able to work independently
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to prioritize and problem solve
* Able to work with a sense of urgency
* Superior customer service and follow-up skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experience running reports and analyzing data
* General interest and/or experience in a healthcare a plus
* Must be able to work on-site in the Chicago Office
