* Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.
* Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
* Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving cost, scheduling, technology, methodology, and tools.
* Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.
* Leads, guides and coordinates projects through their project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
* Ensures projects are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with established scope, schedule, cost and technical requirements.
* Proactively identifies and manages risks and issues to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
* Continuously builds and maintains strong business relationships with the Customer and all stakeholders.
* Interfaces with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project priorities are aligned with the Customer's mission, goals and expectations.
* Tracks, updates, and communicates project status in a timely and proactive manner as it relates to project progress, budget/cost, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, and opportunities.
* Leads and supports Agile and DevOps initiatives.
* Manages and oversees all aspects of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

* Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

* 6+ years' of project management experience with at least 4 years leading large IT projects.
* PMP certification is strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with managing Customer expectations, implementing continuous service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity.
