What will you do

* Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use.
* Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
* Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases.
* Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
* May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management.

Who we want

* BS/MS Engineering degree and a minimum of 5 or more years' experience leading Projects for Operations or R&D.
* Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.
* Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
* Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
* Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
