Job Description

The Consumer and Business Banking team in Orange County is looking for a highly motivated, organized and articulate Project Manager to join their team. In this role you will provide project and consultative support to the assigned business line or functional area. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate and ideate new, creative ways of problem solving. Additionally, it requires the ability to influence, to impact sustained growth through change and to help navigate roadblocks or conflict.

In this role you will participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or complex in nature encompassing customer obsession. The role interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Power Point
* Master's degree preferred
