Kymber's leadership has extensive experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), having supported the Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) and Portfolio and Resource Management Division (PRMD) divisions. Currently, our team supports Health Affairs (HA) with establishing a governance structure and policies for the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) system, and related financial operations. In these roles, Kymber has shaped many of the standard Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes and governance structure in place today. Kymber also has deep experience and supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) providing financial systems modernization expertise to the Science and Technology Directorate and developing of Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) national response/recovery policy.

Job Summary:

The Contractor shall comply with implementation of DoD and DHA policies and, the Clinger-Cohen Act, and other directives as applicable. The Contractor shall work within the MHS and JIE reference models/architectures to ensure cross-agency analysis and the identification of duplicative investments, gaps, and opportunities for collaboration within and across DoD, MHS, Services, VA, and other Federal Agencies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Technical Architecture readiness activities including:

* Promoting and implementing standard architectural practices and coordinating with DHA J-5 Strategy, Planning and Functional Integration Directorate (J-5 DAD-SPFI) Enterprise Architecture Branch.
* Establishing an technical architecture that aligns to the DHA Enterprise Architecture aligned with the Department's strategic goals facilitating an information exchange.
* Ensuring the interoperability of business practices, systems, and technologies.
* Defining and implementing a systems development life-cycle.
* Ensure that engineering activities contain sufficient documentation to integrate into the DHA Enterprise Architecture.
* The Contractor shall perform continuous analysis and make recommendations to the EDB Chief of areas to further analyze, consolidate, or otherwise align within MHS.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Ability to obtain a Public Trust
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* PMP
* ITILv3 or later
* Desired Experience - 10 years in Project Management
