THE ROLE

The Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their projects with a focus on great delivery. The successful candidate should have great skills in effective project set up, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance. We're looking for a team player and a creative, committed problem-solver with superb attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Serve as a liaison between the client as well as our internal client services, creative, and production departments.
* Ensure brand consistency & integrity on all projects.
* Encourage and facilitate collaboration.
* Know when to delegate upwards and raise the alarm at the right time, to the right people when issues occur.
* Have great relationships with the internal project teams, so that people want to work with and for you.
* Be responsible for ensuring that relevant team members are kept up to date on project developments: changes in timings, costs and any issues.
* Learn to develop creative and technical judgement and strive for the best work every time.
* Ensure you are driving quality at every stage of the project.
* Troubleshoot procedures and workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
* Make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of our current systems and workflow.
* Schedule and prioritize a high volume of interactive advertising projects across multiple clients.
* Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects.
* Create detailed specification documents for every project. Communicating with the client to gather assets and discuss project specifications as needed.
* Collect and communicate internal and client feedback on projects.
* Traffic all assets to the Media department on deadline.
* Ensure paid social ads, eblasts, are running in the correct placements.
* Periodically attend client meetings.
* Conduct weekly website QA to ensure that analytics and tagging is functioning properly.
* Utilize WordPress to make client changes within the CMS.
* Coordinate with partners for all third-party activations.
* Daily management of production resources, ensuring they are:
* Briefed on the project they are resourced to
* Working on the project they are resourced to
* Correctly entering their time into the time sheets tool



REQUIREMENTS

* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* 2-4 years of experience in digital project management preferred.
* Familiarity with project management tools including Slack, Trello and Jira.
* Experience in an agency environment preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Understand the key technical aspects of the development process for website delivery, email delivery, online advertising, etc. as appropriate to your clients.
* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively and work in a team environment to produce quality work and meet strict deadlines.
* Be willing and able to function in a solutions oriented environment, with both internal and external client expectations that need to be met.
* Be positive and a force for good in the team - even when faced with difficult problems. Be solutions focused
