The Senior Advisor will manage IT projects under RxClaim Adjudication. This position will be required to coordinate efforts across multi-functional teams

Responsibilities:

* Delivery manage projects under Adjudication in all aspects of Project delivery meeting Business and IT goals
* May oversee contractors on occasion as well as matrixed members of a project team.
* Responsible for interfacing and communicating directly with IT and Business leadership on Project related items from all different areas of the company.
* Manage project using CVS agile and Scrum methodology, Project Management professional practices and standard tools.
* Partner with other Project Owners in the day-to-day oversight aspects of assigned projects
* Where necessary interface with other projects to modify plans when necessary to ensure cross-functional dependencies and inter-dependent projects stay coordinated.
* Work with all stakeholders to define and acquire all necessary resources and to ensure their continual support for project goals.
* Oversee the development of timelines and milestone estimates from project team members, effectively prioritizing the tasks.
* Ensure appropriate project deliverables are created, utilized by leaders and are updated over time as each project grows.
* Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status of projects in both formal and informal settings.
* Coordinate with PMO organization in maintaining project budgets and forecast
* Ability to plan and monitor Tier 3 Production support items and create plan for prioritizing and implementing break fixes
* Run Operational metrics around IT departmental goals working directly with IT Director

Required Qualifications

* 8+ years of proven experience working with cross-functional teams on project initiatives
* 7+years experience in project management
* 7+ years experience with On Demand implementation of Metrics Dashboard with Capacity & Utilization forecasts on complex programs
* 5+ years experience in managing complex projects in PPM tools like CA Clarity
* 5+ years of experience in delivering projects under PBM domain
* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in implementing Automation solution projects
* Complete difficult assignments under minimal guidance
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation.
* Ability to interact with Senior Executives.
* Proven ability to manage a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion.
* experience in utilizing project delivery methodology with supporting management practices like risk mgmt, change management, scope management, time management and quality management.

Education

* B.S or Equivalent ( Any Engineering Discipline)
