Oversees the implementation of information strategy and development of information products to ensure operational objectives and other strategic business initiatives are met.

Skills

* Experience developing relational database management systems (RDBMS), data models, reporting systems, and user interface/user experience design (SQL Server, Hadoop, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, VBA)
* Comfortable learning unfamiliar business applications and new technologies with limited direction
* Knowledge/Experience with systems development life cycle
* Possess clear/effective communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Resourceful problem solver/critical thinker
* Desire to work extensively with data and information systems

Duties

* Develop new database systems
* Maintain existing database applications
* Gather/interpret client requirements
* Lead development and implementation of business applications
* Compile training materials for audiences of varying skill levels
* Conduct business application presentations
* Respond to end-user requests/troubleshooting
* Multi-task and lead overlapping projects
