Overview

MorCare is seeking a Project/Implementation Manager to lead our implementation and support team in the delivery of client projects utilizing our enterprise platform.

As project manager, you will leverage strong communication skills to drive the implementation of the MorCare product suite through to a successful conclusion. This client facing role will engage with customer leadership, the clinical team, customer partners and 3rd party software vendors to complete required deliverables to achieve success. Ability and strong desire to solve complex problems all while keeping customers happy and successful. We are a small team dedicated to a Care Management product created by Care Managers to fit the needs of those who utilize our product.

This could be a remote position in the Mid-West or East.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

* Build client relationships to achieve agreed upon objectives.
* Direct and support a team of associates responsible for client project deliverables
* Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute project objectives
* Build and Manage Project Plans to reflect tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on contractual commitments
* Manage project milestones and review regularly with project teams.
* Provide project oversight and complete reporting of project
* Identify and manage project risks, issues and change management
* Knowledgeable of the product or clinical workflow to help lead workflow change discussions

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of Project Management experience (PMP preferred) with Hospital Implementations.
* Work Experience in healthcare.
* Experience in Care/Case Management or Population Health
* Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
* Energetic and motivated to manage complex workflow and/or product issues independently
* Demonstrated facilitation and collaboration skills with ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
* Strong persuasion, negotiation and sales skills
