Supports the Cruise Ships on service and repair on-board the cruise lines. This position requires the agent to work off hours to support the ships all over the world. This requires schedule flexibility to work days but adjust to nights when it is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Review ATM status of all ATMs on the Cruise ships * Communicate with the ships on status of ATMs * Provide over the phone First Line repair support for the crew supporting the ATMs * Manage cruise ship schedules by port for scheduling service * Open dispatch tickets with NCR for service * Complete paperwork for scheduling a technician to port * Confirm assigned technician has credentials to enter the port * Email Ship with the technician name and contact information * Manage Technician Access to insure arrival on the correct day * Follow up and be available for phone escalations while the technician is onsite

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelors' degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required. * Bilingual (Spanish, German, French, Italian), required for one candidate * Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. * Solid independent decision-making skills. * Must possess strong problem solving skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Proven people management experience is essential with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate. * Excellent coaching skills with the ability to identify training needs. * Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, minimum of mid-level proficiency in MS Excel. * Ability to touch type a minimum of 50 wpm.
