WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for the consulting team
Track project changes and make necessary updates as needed
Collect and compile meeting documents to distribute both internally and to clients
Budget tracking and financial accountability
Participate in client planning, training, and support discussions
Ensure effective coordination between the different consulting and client teams
Develop relationships with clients to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Work with internal and external teams to develop solutions to problems that arise during implementation
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop account strategies and create roadmaps
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or office setting.
1+ years' experience with software implementation, SDLC, technology, or agile methodology
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well in a team atmosphere
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing projects and deadlines
Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
