Description:

L3Harris is searching for a motivated, detail oriented, Project Analyst to contribute to the successful oversight of aircraft critical asset management. This position works within a Program Office and supports and interacts with all phases of the project management to ensure asset availability.Thorough understanding of processes related to work order type contracts, as well as, contract financial management, cash flow, and short term forecasting, aircraft configuration Analysis, material, procurement, and program management experience are all highly desired.This person must excel in, and enjoy, mining large amounts of data to develop actionable information.

Position will:

Provide data analysis using SAP and Microsoft Excel to aid in the preparation of proposals, statements of work, material budgets, and to clarify supply chain issues.

Provide data analysis using customer inventory database tools as well at the Labor Tracking System (LTS) for analysis and application to asset management.

Interact with all aspects of material requirements as well as with Program Managers, Customer, Engineering, Laboratory support, Configuration Management, and Procurement departments, as well as, vendors to drive accurate aircraft configuration control.

Aids in identification of asset configuration issues and develops recommended solutions pertaining to tracking and traceability of assets.

Participates in program review sessions with customer, vendors and senior leaders to discuss problem identification, requirements, status, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
